JCPenny underwent a major re-brand. To contribute to that effort we were hired as consultants to reimagine and rebuild their internal employee communications media department and transform it from an outdated TV broadcasting network into a state of the art digital platform and content creation department capable of keeping over 100,000 retail store employees informed and trained. The work consisted of internal restructuring employee workshops to multiple training and brand videos (20-30) scripts, pre-interviews & storyboard and content strategy for an employee digital platform called JCPNN.
